Alliances for Brighter Tomorrows: Helping youth embrace life & bright futures.
The Flourish Foundation Project Inc., is proud to introduce DDAAT-App! the first national collaborative suicide prevention initiative addressing the escalating suicide & school safety concerns throughout our nation. Created by Chanda Linell Spates, a self-described Mom-on-A-Mission and Founder of Flourish Foundation Project Inc.; this initiative is a collaborative alliance of parents, businesses, organizations, and agencies focused on creating solutions to shared social problems. We are committed to creating safe & caring communities and schools.
The DDAAT-App! Initiative is a groundbreaking national project that provides vital resources and support to young people, empowering them to avoid suicide, embrace life and create brighter futures.
Through our comprehensive Supercharged STEMM+ (TM) program, we offer research-based wraparound services shown to help mitigate obstacles to the success of standalone counseling. Engaging youth like no other, DDAAT-App! provides counseling, career exploration, and mentorship opportunities at the fingertips within our DDAAT-App! SOS (support on-demand services) mobile hub platform. Seamlessly integrated within highly engaging STEMM+ education, our sole-sourced, single point of access, youth discover their own behavioral super powers while our proprietary combination of suicide prevention strategies, life skills, peer support community engagement activities, career readiness educational supports, mentorship, and project-based learning opportunities empowers mastery of responsible decision making.
We are a federally recognized nonprofit organization (501(c) (3)) dedicated to combating the alarming increase in suicide rates among teens and young adults & school violence.
DDAAT-App! SOS mobile Application is a mobile application that brings vital wrap-around services, self-paced life-skill video library & courses to the fingertips of youth & young adults. Additionally subscribed users are able to access in-app mentoring, career coaching, and counseling services. This mobile access hub improved access to and the effectiveness of mental health support programs. Application Programming Interface (API) technology also provides proactive access to the National 988 Suicide & Crisis Hotline.
By incorporating anti-bullying initiatives, peer support training, and promoting communication with parents and teachers, this program aims to create a safe and supportive school community.
This comprehensive School Safety & Emergency Response Series includes essential lessons to help create safe & caring school environments in which students both alert, responsible, and prepared. This active shooter safety training course provides students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and mindset to respond effectively in the event of an active shooter situation.
